Just connect it between your network source and device using Cat5/5e/6/6a/8 cables and ground it with the included wire. Note : Surge protection is unidirectional e.g. from source to device or device to source. Two B110SP10G surge protectors, connected in a series, are required to protect both the source and the connected device.
