To be in with a chance to win one of our 3 Golden Tickets, simply focus on our three brands between 4th March and 31st May.
1. Eligibility:
• The 'Golden Ticket' campaign (hereafter referred to as "the Campaign") is open to all partners of Northamber who purchase ViewSonic, Yealink, and Avocor products from Northamber during the promotional period from March 4th, 2024, to May 31st, 2024.
• Employees of Northamber and their immediate family members, as well as employees of ViewSonic, Yealink, Avocor, and their affiliates, are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.
2. Campaign Period:
• The Campaign will commence on March 4th, 2024, and will conclude on May 31st, 2024, at 11:59 PM GMT.
3. Prize Details:
• 3 winners will be selected at from all eligible entries received during the promotional period.
• The prize consists of a 5-star trip to attend InfoComm in Las Vegas, including round-trip flights and accommodation.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
4. Entry Requirements:
• To enter the Campaign, partners must make eligible purchases of ViewSonic, Yealink, and Avocor products from Northamber during the promotional period.
• The following criteria applies for each Vendor:
1. Avocor: Spend £30k on Avocor, then it's a straight race with the highest spending reseller at the end of the promotion period winning the Avocor Golden Ticket.
2. ViewSonic: Spend £30K on ViewSonic and thereafter, every screen purchased (IFP & LFD) gets an entry into a live prize draw. Winners will be selected at random.
3. Yealink: Buy any Yealink product over the promotional period and all participants go into a prize draw for the Yealink Golden Ticket. Winners will be selected at random.
• There is no limit to the number of entries a partner can accumulate.
5. Winner Selection:
• The ViewSonic and Yealink winners will be selected by a random draw conducted by Northamber within 7 days of the Campaign's conclusion. The Avocor winner will be determined by sales within 7 days of the campaign conclusion.
• The winner will be notified via email or phone within 14 days of the draw.
• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Northamber reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6. Publicity:
• By participating in the Campaign, the winner agrees to take part in promotional activities related to the Campaign, including but not limited to, the use of their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional compensation.
7. Data Protection:
• Any personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Campaign and will be handled in accordance with Northamber's Privacy Policy. 8. General Conditions:
• Northamber reserves the right to amend or terminate the Campaign or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Participation in the Campaign constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• The decision of Northamber regarding any aspect of the Campaign is final and binding.
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. By participating in the 'Golden Ticket' campaign, partners agree to abide by these terms and conditions. E&OE.
